Mission Memorial Park opened in 1934 as Mission Memorial Cemetery and for many years was run by the city of Monterey. In 1988 Monterey Peninsula Mortuary opened on the grounds of our beautiful Seaside location.
The community and our families have embraced our funeral home and cemetery combination as it offers peace of mind knowing all is done in one comfortable environment with one caring staff.
